This is a wonderful idea of an app with awful execution

What a brilliant service ! It has literally saved me so much time! Not to mention the excellent customer service! I have never reviewed an app before but I really think this one deserves it!!! You are seriously missing out if you dont have this one yet!

This software is buggy and I want my $20 back. I tried repeatedly to send a 5 page fax. Each time it said it was completed successfully, but the recipient received blank pages. On a separate occasion I sent a fax (different recipient) that showed it was successfully delivered, but the recipient did not receive it. Stay away from this software

This app, paired with Genius Scan, is all the office equipment you will need to scan and fax. Very user friendly, great quality scans and faxes and GREAT customer service!

My expectations were high for this app after using the wonderful Genius Scan, and I am not disappointed. The app is cleanly designed, simple to use, and although I see some commenting on the price, its inexpensive compared to an actual fax machine or a trip to the copy shop. Faxes do take a significant amount of time to send, from minutes to hours, but its hard to say if thats an issue on the recipients side. Similar on-line (Web-based) services seem to take as much time. Ive had fax failures as others report for all manner of reasons, but it does not count against the credits. Ive had people also claim they never received the fax, but then later find out someone just picked it up off the machine. Th only improvements I would suggest is an email confirmation to the sender and recipient, and the ability to load documents via WiFi or iTunes. If the document is already on my phone the process is simple and elegant, but emailing myself documents to fax them feels cumbersome. If you need to fax from your mobile device, or if you are using your device as a scanner and then want to fax, this is decidedly the best solution available.

I loved this app and its buddy Genius Scan until the latest update. Now the fax wont accept any kind of file even from Genius Scan. Took 12 attempts to get one fax out. I am stuck with $20 worth of credits I cant use. Wasted 2 hours and still have 2 faxes to send. Way to ruin a good app.

I too loved this app but Ive wasted 2 hours trying to send a fax. What have yall done to it?

I love this app! It works marvelously once you understand you must initially create the doc that you want to fax in scan and then use fax option. This app negates the need the need to have a separate line or separate equipment. I can scan and fax anything from my phone or iPad... And its cheaper than having to run to FedEx or elsewhere to make copies and fax. Im able to do it right from the comfort of my home office. Thank you genius scan and genius fax for this amazing app and business tool.

In my line of business, Im always asked by the recipient, the time in which the fax was sent to check receipt accordingly. Well, guess what? Genius Fax does not provide what seems to me such a basic and essential piece of information. The date is given. Why not the time? If this is as important to you, as it is for me, I would suggest using a different app altogether. I contacted the app developer and with a quick response back, was told that this MAY be added in a future update. However, no specific time frame was provided. Without this basic piece of information, this app is useless to me. Genius fax isnt so genius after all.

It asked to buy page credits before you can do the fax. I bought a package of pages because I had good experience with GeniousScan But this app never works. It stays in the state trying to contact the receiving fax forever. What a jok!

The first faxed worked well, after that everything went downhill. The recipient never received the faxes. It was total waste of time and money.

I paid to download the apps and it asked me to pay more to get credit to use the apps. Id rather go to the store and do that.

I paid $3.99 for a number plus $.99 for credit . I have yet to transmit successfully . I want a refund Ill take the document to office max to ensure delivery

Should not be in the App Store. Took my money and delivered blank paper. Tried to email the developer, came back as undeliverable. Complete rip off. Negative 5 stars. Get rid of this crap Apple!

This app has been working flawlessly for me.developers have been responding to feedback sent by email (they cant reply to reviews on the AppStore !!!)

Excellent app, very helpful. Ive sent and received dozens of faxes without a hitch.
