Genius Fax - Faxing app App Reviews

This app does not allow me to send more than one page at a time. It does not provide a contact number only email and I have been waiting a while now to receive any response about getting a refund. Waste of money.

70cents per page for 10 pages! Deleting

Highly rec this app. Such an easy and quick way to send a fax. And customer service responded to my emails right away when I had a question.

None of the faxes I tried to send went through and every person that tried to send me a fax reported a busy signal. Dont waste your money like I did.

Its seemingly impossible to actually send a fax with this app. 5 hours ago I uploaded a fax. Genius Fax reports that the fax is still processing and will be sent shortly. Another similar service sent the same fax during this timeframe in under 2 minutes.

I had problems faxing 8 pages that took over 6 hours to be delivered. I must say I tried other apps with the same situation, long delivery time. I then emailed the support people and they responded the next morning with an explanation why it happened. I also use Genius Scan quite frequently without any problems. Their apps are must haves.

Its free to download but $1 per page (not even per transmission). Absurd! There are other good truly free fax apps out there... Fax burner for example. Genius Scan on the other hand really is free and a super great tool. I would gladly pay a dollar for the app but not per picture!

Use this app when I was out of town and away from any service. Saved my bacon more than once! The simple fact that it works seamlessly with Genius Scan plus makes it the premier solution for mobile scanning and faxing PDF generation, etc.

Yesterday it took me 20 minutes just to load a 1 page fax, and another 35 minutes for it to send on a lightning fast corporate connection. Today, Ive been trying 35 minutes just to get the new fax option to even load. Very disappointed.

Saved my life while applying to grad schools. Between genius scan and genius fax you cannot go wrong! These apps are invaluable. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is my most precious app I have tried many but it none compare to this app

I sent two faxes, and received a sent "successfully" message for each only to find out the other end did not receive anything. Also, when selecting a contact, it calls the number automatically instead of just selecting the fax number and returning to the pre-send screen. I will not be getting paid this week by my employer due to this mishap. I am angered because I pay credits for your faxes and expect a competent service, if the problem is not resolved quickly, I will be looking elsewhere for a new fax app.

It was a free app, and now you charge us? It costs more than one page at FedEx/Kinko. What a ripoff! Wont be using this app anymore.

This app its VERY well put together and thought out. I absolutely love everything about it!!

One fax is .99 cents, not .39 cents like your description says!

Pros: the app is very nice/easy to use, Im a big fan of Genius Scan. Cons: The prices for services are expensive. I found tiny scanner and fax having great prices.

When it works its a good app. Its over priced to only work a fraction of the time. Also, if a fax fails to send the app still counts the unsent pages against the paid account. Its incredibly frustrating because the faxes fail to send fairly regularly. Im averaging every third or fourth fax a failure to send and losing the paid credits.

Second attempt to send important faxes and they were not received. However the app says it was sent. What a waste of time and money. Deleting the app!

Seriously Im sending faxes from My phone on my wireless and this app wants to charge me!! Thats crazy! Plus from the other reviews it doesnt work well. Im not paying extra charged to fax from my own device.
