Genius Fax - Faxing app App Reviews

Glad I only bought 1 credit. Tried 3 times to send a fax and each time after over 4 minutes of sending I got a message saying call was dropped prematurely. Great idea (which is why the 1 star) and maybe it will work down the road but pretty disappointed right now.

I just updated my iPad and also the app and now the app will not even open. The app itself is in a stage saying "waiting". Under the apple app I find it saying open but the app itself will not open. Even with rebooting my iPad several times this app is still telling me the same thing. I can not even delete it. SO FRUSTRATING!!

Never once worked. Now Im out $7 and still have to go pay to get it faxed elsewhere. Avoid!

I spend a lot of time traveling for work and it is awesome to be able to fax to my kids school or Dr offices forms that cannot be emailed when I am out of town. Thank You!

If you find yourself in the unenviable position of needing to send a fax, genius fax is your friend. Seamless integration with genius scan makes life easy. The two apps combined basically create the 1999 home office you always dreamed of having.

I cant believe these guys are trying to charge a ridiculous per page fee to receive faxes after paying $4 for a fax number!! I want a refund !

Ive Genius for quite some time and it has never let me down. It is a versatile app and costumer support is fantastic.

Only have to send faxes infrequently, and so far, this app suffices. The only complaint is having to send one page at a time. Other than that....has saved me mileage costs and paying a much higher price per page at a local fax -sending business.

Not the app for you if you are in a hurry. It either needs to be free, or have you go through a bunch of BS, but not both.

This is my most precious app I have tried many but it none compare to this app.

Can i have my money back. It does not send my facsimiles.

They sent me a reminder one week before my first month expired. I promptly re-upped via the App Store. Yet they still cancelled my fax service and said if I wanted to resubscribe it would be with a new fax number. And did not relent even when I sent them copies of the transaction documentation. Apple issued me a refund and suggested I find a new fax provider.

This is one of the best apps for anyone who ever needs to fax. It is faster and more reliable than my home fax machine and creates a scanned copy which eliminates paper clutter in my office. I highly recommend trying it.

After uploading credits (read: spending money to send very important faxes) the app wont send the faxes. Just a repeated error message saying theres an error uploading. Frustrating! I should be able to send a fax from email as well as scanning!

Friend turned me on to Genius Scan a few years back and love it! Recently cancelled our LAN line so a fax is not an option. Discovered Genius Fax, downloaded and I couldnt be happier! Problem solved & I would recommend this solution!

Ive used this app for years and also the companies Genius Scan. Its a user-friendly concept. Yes, it does cost a dollar a page to send faxes but that is way cheaper for me then spending the gas money trying to track down a public fax machine. Especially convenient if you dont have a landline or fax machine! Plus it converts document into a pdf too!

Excellent app that allows me to keep a busy pace on the move and still get the required info and forms where they need to go!
