Garbage

This software is buggy and I want my $20 back.
I tried repeatedly to send a 5 page fax. Each time it said it was completed successfully, but the recipient received blank pages. On a separate occasion I sent a fax (different recipient) that showed it was successfully delivered, but the recipient did not receive it.
