My employee, who needs food stamps, was not able to receive them because the fax to the state with his information didn’t go through, although it said it went through twice. It didn’t.

i’ve never had a problem, faxing or scanning with genius. Would recommend it to anybody.

It is one of the best apps I have on my phone , I love it, saved me so much hassle when I have to send a document that has to be there in a short time.

Since less of us have landlines, trying to fax information to insurance companies and such is a great challenge especially when they don’t allow emails. This app saves all that hassle and gets your documents where they need to be quickly.

This is the most affordable, efficient fax app for any device I use. If you need a fax now the app is easy to setup and use. The only downside to this app is the cost per page.

I accidentally logged out of genius scan and didn’t know the email or pw the app was associated with. I had to set up a new account and I lost over 40 credits I paid for. When I tried to get help it was impossible. I don’t know what to do now.

misleading prices, charged for a year

I just subscribed to Genius Fax and purchased 10 credits in order to receive 1 important fax. The fax was sent to my Genius Fax number 25 minutes ago and there is still no fax showing up. UPDATE: Fax arrived the following day. More information about a delay on using your fax number upon initial set-up would be helpful.

Getting a fax sent out at the last minute was, quick and easy. Worth the money.

This app tries to steal your money twice. Very misleading.

When I was told about Genius Scan I had no idea how much it was going to simplify my life. A lot of what I have to do entails sending email attachments and faxes in many different locations throughout the US. Now I can get the job done from home with a few clicks of my finger. It’s a miracle and saves me a lot of aggravation and frustration.
