Misleading pricing

I am in Canada in group 1. Advertising credits shown to be as low as 39 cents try I was charged 99 cents for one page whether incoming or outgoing. Competitor charges 99 for up to 5 pages. Also cannot add anything to the cover page and sign it, unlike competitor, IFax.
